1. Appointment Policy

All appointments require confirmation via phone, email, or online booking.
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments or treatment packages.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings for repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Treatment Eligibility

All clients must undergo a consultation before treatment.
Treatment suitability is determined by our qualified professionals.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or unsuitable.
